Inside the Designer Outlet in Roermond, we built the first Valentino monobrand store in the Netherlands. Located near the German border, the shopping center has gained an important new addition with the Italian fashion brand Valentino — marking another step in the brand’s global retail expansion.
Our activities:
- Overall coordination of construction works
- Site management and supervision of all workforce
- Execution of construction activities, including demolition, drywall structures, flooring installation, and fixtures
- Supervision to ensure compliance with timelines and the brand’s quality standards
